There are many factors affecting the cost of live music that need to be considered when planning an event such as the size of the band (solo, duo, or a 4-piece band or larger), the location and length of time played. Standard playing time is generally 3-4 hours (3 hour minimum). A general guideline for cost would be $150 per man/per hour.
